As stated in our policies, there are no refunds allowed on custom jewelry. Although it has never happened, if you are unhappy with the product, please contact us to resolve with replacement. We provide shipping insurance on purchases over $500. If your purchase is under $500, you must purchase insurance, if wanted. USPS Priority Mail includes insurance up to $100.
