Please double check your personalization details. We will ship your purchase via USPS, tracking included. Shipping insurance is only provided on orders over $500.00 but it is available if you'd like to purchase for orders under $500. Priority mail includes insurance up to $100.
If you need your order by a specific date, email sales@ellajoli.com to verify prior to purchase. We will be happy to oblige if at all possible but some items do take longer to create than others. Standard creation time is in the banner at the top of our site.
Please be certain of your ring size as many items can not be resized due to personalization. Verify all personalization is correct. If you're purchasing a pendant, be sure to indicate placement. Roughly sketched photos from you may be needed on pendants & designs that have varying formats. All products are hand struck with text and/or hand carved. Expect the beauty of ever so slight variations. This is what makes our line so popular.

Your jewelry is made to be treasured forever and because of the quality materials we use, it will last a lifetime and look like new if taken care of. It is an easy clean with a soft polishing cloth. If a more in depth cleaning becomes necessary, you may also use mild soap and water, avoiding text. As with any piece of jewelry, you should avoid all chemicals, including repetitive exposure to hand sanitizers, lotions, chlorine, household cleaners, etc. We do not use plated metals in our designs so your jewelry will look like new everyday with the proper care. Store them in an airtight plastic bag or treated jewelry box when not being worn. Specific care instructions will be included with every order, if necessary.
