I recently purchased this pendant to commemorate an anniversary, asking for the addition of a star and an inscription on the back. Both came out beautifully and I could not be more pleased. The pendant has a nice heft to it too, not heavy at all but more of a reassuring presence around one’s neck.
The customer service was also stellar. I’d placed an order for a chain in a size that was mistakenly listed as in stock on the site and after emailing about options I was sent the same one but longer at no extra charge to me. I’d also requested special characters for the engraving which they accommodated easily. They sent pictures of the pendant when it was finished displayed nicely in good lighting, and I have to say it looks just as good if not better in real life. Would absolutely recommend!
