Refund policy

To be eligible for an exchange of like product or a store credit, your item must be unused and in new condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Personalized items and custom made jewelry pieces are not returnable unless there is a defect in craftmanship. Please be certain of your size, capitalization and personalization details upon order placement.

Please email sales@ellajoli.com to obtain a RA number within 3 days of order receipt. This is required. We also require that your order number be included with your return shipment. Please include tracking with your shipment as we are not responsible for undelivered returns due to carrier or postal service negligence.

Personalized/custom products & gift cards are exempt from being exchanged for anything other than craftmanship defects.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the exchange process will continue.
