There is an area on each product for your text. There are details about character limits according to pendant size in details. *Please include instructions on your text placement if you have a preference and if there is space for optional movement.
Feel free to email us a rough sketch drawing of your desired placement for verification. If you do not indicate the placement of your text, we will use our own judgement.
If you are choosing a custom artwork or brand/logo pendant, please email the image to us prior to ordering. Not all images can be done with our deep detailed carving technique.
Our products are created and shipped from the beautiful state of Kansas, USA. We are currently shipping to US addresses only. We will create a unique shipping profile for Canadian addresses upon request via email.
Yes. We use genuine, natural gemstones and birthstones for most pieces. Some items will have brilliant cz crystal stones. You will receive what is shown in photos and descriptions. Important note: Do not use liquid cleaners to clean gemstone or oxidized pieces and take extra care to not expose them to chemicals.
Yes. Your order will arrive in a black cardboard jewelry box with a bow. Inside of that little black box is a velvet drawstring bag that holds your jewelry order in it. You may also purchase a small wooden engraved gift box to elevate that experience for the recipient. If you'd like us to send a handwritten insert card with your message directly to the recipient, we are happy to do so. Just make a note of that at checkout.
Made-to-order personalized pieces typically take 2-5 business days to create. Custom artwork and logo/brand turnaround times are typically 2-3 weeks. Please feel free to email us regarding your "need it by" date and we will be happy to oblige if possible. Choose the appropriate shipping as well.
Chain length is truly a matter of preference. Our most popular purchased lengths for men are 20, 22 and 24 inches. For women, 18" is classic and the most popular choice. Some of our products include chains and some do not. Be sure to read product details and reach out if you need any assistance selecting a chain to go with your chosen pendant. We are happy to help.
Sterling silver can oxidize (darken) over time due to chemicals, sweat, air exposure, etc. To keep it looking its best, store it in an airtight bag when not wearing it and simply polish gently with a soft cloth when it needs cleaned. Sterling silver is easy care and waterproof. Water will not damage it but the patina darkening may require cleaning.
Yes — all Ella Joli jewelry is handcrafted from solid 925 sterling silver at the least. We often use 960 sterling silver and 999 fine silver for our pendants, containing even more silver than our 925 chains. This adds greater value and superior quality to your purchase. We never use silver-plated materials.
Many of our pieces are made to order with custom, deep, hand struck font engraving of initials, names, quotes, words or other personalized details as well as hand carved text. Check the product details and photos for examples or email us. We are happy to help!
